Keith Mayo - CEO / President
Mr. Mayo brings with him over thirty years of leadership and management experience in the areas of Cybersecurity Compliance & Risk Management, Security Operations, Program Leadership & Management, Program Planning, Acquisition and Innovation Strategy. He is a retired Marine Corps Infantry Officer, who has managed and led numerous technology and systems acquisition projects and has implemented and promoted best practices of project management, COBIT/COSO and information security at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration, Officer of Naval Research, Marine Corps Systems Command, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Mayo has an M.Eng from George Washington University, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MA from Webster University.

Dr. Duminda Wijesekera - Chief Technology Advisor
Dr.Wijesekera is a seasoned Computer Science and Math Professional. Besides being AI's CTA, he is also a professor in the Department of Information and Software Engineering at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. Dr. Wijesekera has extensive knowledge and has conducted research in the areas of command & control, security (telecom, railway signaling, & SCADA), networks science, theoretical computer science, security, multimedia, networks, systems, avionic and theoretical computer science. His previous assignments include working for the Center for Secure Information Systems (CSIS) at George Mason University, Center for Command, Control and Coordination (C4I) at the Potomac Institute of Policy Studies and the Department of Computer Science, Naval Post Graduate School. Dr. Wijesekara has a PhD Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Mathematical Logic from Cornell University.
 
 
Dr. Thomas Stephens
Dr. Stephens has over twenty-five years of international experience in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Stephens brings with him extensive experience in the areas of international economic policy, natural resource management, extractive industries policies, corporate social responsibility, and business development. Dr. Stephens was an economist at the World Bank (conducted over 30 World Bank missions as mission leader/team member negotiating with governments on policy reform, as well as design and supervision of investment projects (Africa, Asia, Latin America, former Soviet Union). Prior to the World Bank, Tom worked for the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Rome, Italy. Dr. Stephens has a BA degree from Vanderbilt University, an MPA from Harvard University, and a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies/University of Geneva (Switzerland). 
 
 
Dr. Flynn Bucy
Dr. Bucy has worked in the international development field for over twenty-one years, serving a wide range of private sector, development agency and NGO clients in a wide variety of projects promoting sustainable development. Most recently, Dr. Bucy has focused on innovative finance and partnerships to improve biodiversity conservation and integrated landscape management. From 2006 to 2012, Dr. Bucy was engaged by World Vision International to first develop and then help implement the Integrated East Africa Food and Livelihood Security Initiative. He is currently focused on developing a new approach to analysis, planning and funding innovative approaches to food security and conservation in the context of climate change.
His background includes staff consultant with Andersen Consulting and V.P. of Sales for the Government Systems Group of EDS. Major past clients include: Chevron, Hewlett-Packard, and World Vision International as well as numerous NGOs and development agencies.
Dr. Bucy earned his Ph.D. from George Washington University in Strategic Planning and Corporate Social Responsibility in 1988 and his M.B.A. in International Business from Baylor University in 1978. He has taught Entrepreneurship at several major universities and has worked with both start-ups and new initiatives for major corporations.
